Services
We provide psychological consultation services through booked appointments and offer recorded videos for educational purposes. The content provided is for informational purposes only and should not be considered as a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.

Payment Terms
By booking an appointment or purchasing a video, you agree to pay the fees specified for that service or product. Payments are processed via PayU, a third-party payment processor. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method through PayU.

PayU Payments

• Security: PayU is a secure payment processing platform that adheres to PCI-DSS standards to ensure your payment information is handled securely.
• Authorization: By providing your payment information, you authorize PayU to process your payment for the services or products you purchase.
• Billing Information: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information. If your payment method is declined, we may cancel your booking or order.

Booking appointments

• Booking: Appointments can be booked through our online booking system.
• Thank you for choosing Brainwave Empowering Services for your therapeutic needs. Our commitment is to provide you with quality care and dedicated time during your scheduled therapy sessions. To maintain the efficiency and effectiveness of our services, we have established the following Cancellation Policy.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellation Window: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment without penalty up to 48 hours before the scheduled session.
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment time will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the session cost.
• No-Shows: If you do not show up for your scheduled session without prior notice, you will be charged the full session fee.
• Rescheduling Sessions: Any rescheduling of a session without prior notice of at least 6 hours before the Scheduled Appointment will be charged as a Full Session Cancellation Fee.
• Communication: Cancellation or Rescheduling requests must be communicated directly to Ms. Jenil by leaving a text or WhatsApp message on 8108603867.
• Cancellation Fees: f you fail to provide the required notice or do not attend a scheduled appointment (no-show), a cancellation fee equivalent to Full Session Fee will be charged.
• Late Arrival: If you arrive late for an appointment, please note that your session will still end at the scheduled time, and the full session fee will apply.
• Non-Compliance: Consistent failure to comply with our cancellation policy may result in a reevaluation of our ability to continue providing therapy services.
• How to Cancel: To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please text or WhatsApp us at 8108603867, and we will assist you with the process.
• Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days and will be issued to the original payment method.

You agree to use our services for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the services.

Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Brainwave Empowering Services, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the service; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

Dispute Resolution
If you have any concerns or disputes about the service, you agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us.

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Maharashtra, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 15 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
